The first 400m swim I think I did an extra 2 laps?? My time was off by a few minutes. The first 200m was 4:32.00. The second was 6:14.56?? I forgot to start the watch on the 2nd 400m. The first 200m was not time well, but the second 200m was 4:43.62. I started it too late. The 3rd 400m I got it timed. I wanted to include these times, just so I will have them on record.
The picture above is me! Nicole and I swam with the dolphins on our honeymoon in Jamaica. I never knew at that point I would start swimming and compete in triathlons.
