I went to Castle Rock Rec Center tonight. Aunt Linda is so great to help me out with my swimming. It is a long drive, plus I am away from home, but it is worth it!

I want to improve my backstroke so I worked on my form. It looks so much easier in the videos I have been watching. Since I have been swimming (started this summer) I have been getting better at the backstroke. Of course, I have not been using my arms in the stroke. So I will call it back swim. HAHAHA. I did the full backstroke tonight.
