I woke up extra early because I wanted plenty of time to swim. I have been making up my workouts the last week or two. I have an official schedule which starts January 1st, 2007. This is the start of my official 20 week training for the half-ironman. Almost there!!

(PR) - Personal Record
I went swimming today because another big snow storm is on the way. I wanted to make sure I get my workouts in no matter what because the last blizzard knocked my training out for almost a week. I did lots of shoveling, and some workout training videos. I will be better prepared for the next storm!!

Average Time: 2.09
What a difference I have made in the last 2 months. I have improved my average by about 18 seconds!! This is incredible.
