I am learning all kinds of things in the triathlon class that I am taking. I learned about heart rates, stretches and weight exercises. I really need to do more core/weight exercises. I only do them about 1-2 times per week. I need to do at least three.
Here are the core/weight exercises that we learned today:
1) Squats
2) Rows w/ rope
3) V's
4) Steps
5) Push Ups
6) Planks
