Weeks Goals
Here in Base 2 we will have "theme" weeks where a single sport will be focused on. Now in Week 12 we're focusing on the swim with reduced time spent on the roads.
Swim
Long swim
Warm Up: 4 x 150 swim, kick, pull, swim
Main: 1650 ladder: 275, 250, 225, 200, 175, 150, 125, 100, 75, 50, 25
Cool Down: 200 easy
Total: 2,450 meters
What a swim workout today. It was long. I didn't time anything because the times won't mean much. I am more focusing on "Just Swimmin" this week.
