Today was another endurance swim.
Warm Up: 300 yards
800m swim: 17.29 (Today's swim) PR
My split times: 200m splits - 4.13, 4.30, 4.29, 4.18
500m split time: 10.57 PR
800m swim: 19:05 (Friday's swim)
Cool Down: 200 yards
Total: 1,300 yards
I wanted to see how I would compare with a warm up. I think this really made a difference. My time improved by about a minute and a half.
