Today was an endurance swim.
Warm Up: 0 yards
800m swim: 19:05
Cool Down: 200 yards
Total: 1,000 yards
I wanted to see how my progress is with a long endurance swim. I use my watch to swim in 200m increments. 32 laps in the pool can be hard to count. I did not warmup because I wanted to see how I did before a 300m warm up.
