Today was another early morning swim. My repeats are starting to get a little longer each week. This will help with my endurance. I take too much time in between reps. Instead of 20 seconds of rest, I may take 30 seconds. I need to stop.
Warm Up: 300 yards
4x200's (20 sec rest): 4.15, 4.20, 4.21, 4.13
Cool Down: 200 yards
Total: 1,300 yards
