I felt like I had a pretty good workout today. No matter what time I make it to the pool, I always seem to cut my workout short. I am a decent swimmer, but my training plan always goes above and beyond. I don't worry about it too much because I am in the pool for the same amount of time as the plan says. That's good enough for me!!
I have been going to bed pretty early lately. In bed before 10pm. It's hard to do, but that should be my new goal.
