Eric's Half-Ironman Training

I am now training for my second half-ironman race. The race is in Boulder this time in August, 2007. I finished the Florida Half-Ironman in May, 2007. Wish me luck!

Thanks for the heads up, I got the email last night!!! Keep up the good work. I just had a race this weekend, and I have another race in 9 days. After that I have a race in October and then I am done for the season...

Hey Eric!
I am sure you don't remember me, but we were in a Tri-training class at the ERC in early 2007. I just came across your card so thought I would look you up! anyways, congrats on completing 2 ironmans and on to the third! Congrats on expecting a baby, too. I ended up getting pregnant before tri season in '07, and now have a 12 month old boy! So fun. Anyways, I am back to training so maybe I will see you around! Do you know if there are any tri classes at the ERC this spring? Take care, Shelley
