I overslept this morning. Getting up can be really hard when the weathers starts to turn. Instead, I went to Utah Pool during my lunch break. It was strange going to the pool when it's snowing outside. It didn't feel like I had much time today, but its better than nothing.
Warm Up: 300 yards + 10 side swim drills (5 on each side)
10x50's (10 sec rest): 48.64, 49.12, 53.54, 58.12, 58.42, 56.36, 53.66, 54.47, 54.21, 51.57,
Cool Down: 200 yards
Total: 800+ yards
My times were awesome today. I think I had my best 50m swim ever!! Comparing last weeks times, I did much better.

Last weeks average time: 58.05
